Louis-Arnaud e0b46ffebd Fix root files: translation quality and typos (#1021) ...

- bookinfo.xml: 服从→遵守 (legal context), translate "license"→"许可"
- preface.xml: 利用了→借鉴了 (draws upon, not utilizes)
- translation.xml: 可与→可于 typo, http→https URL
