Rasmus Lerdorf 6c0e524821 Add a FAQ entry for this stupid "not an ANSI compiler" error message 
Apache-1.3.9 spews out on a build failure.  I have fixed it for
Apache-1.3.10, but that won't be released for a while.

Rasmus Lerdorf de9b51d788 Send Last-Modified headers from manual pages. If page has a user 
comment use date of comment, and otherwise just use the file's
timestamp.  Should help people going through proxies.
