Peter Kokot cf3b852109 Trim trailing whitespaces in build files ...

Some editors utilizing .editorconfig automatically trim whitespaces. For
convenience this patch removes whitespaces in certain build files:
- ext/*/config*.m4
- configure.ac
- acinclude.m4
