Fix annotation

* Fix loading SchemaTool::getSchemaFromMetadata() uniqueConstraint without a name

Fixes a type miss-match exception when reading a UniqueConstraint defined on an Entity which doesn't have a predefined name.

* Fix deprecation on DBAL 3
