The class has been renamed from DynamicModelCatalog to FallbackModelCatalog to better reflect its purpose as a fallback catalog that accepts any model name when a specific catalog is not available. Updated all references across the codebase including: - Test files and test cases - Bridge implementations (OpenRouter, HuggingFace, LmStudio, TransformersPhp) - Test utilities (InMemoryPlatform, ModelCatalogTestCase, PlatformTestHandler) - Comments and documentation
