PDF support for examples - getting close to useful pdf output now.
...
The big missing bit right now is pagination on both examples and
images. There is no checking for page overflow. That check is only
in place for bullet lists, so similar logic needs to go into the example
and image tag code.

First cut at pdf generation. Have only done the titlepage template,
...
bullet lists and blurbs so far. And I am having some alignment problems.
Need to find a better way to handle the current text position and
generating pdf_show_boxed() coordinates.

right now right-left arrows change pages. The keys can change if need be.
mozilla uses space bar for page down (wierd moz people)
