- Better HTML layout
 - Using the standard table CSS classes
 - Using _POST instead of relying on register_globals
 - Better exposure to the final warning (in a red block)
 - A bit rewording of some mailing list and CVS references
   (eg. php4 => php-src)
 - Add base href support and absolute includes
