Jon Parise 81226399ec Updating the Win32 bindlib distribution based on the current contents of ...

the bindlib_w32 CVS module.  This includes a build fix for Visual Studio
.NET.  It also excludes the Visual Studio 6-specific meta-files from the
distribution, shrinking the archive by some 20k.
