Colin Viebrock 2052c6419d For now, *please* use "cmvsstuff" as the Amazon.com associate ID. 
The "phpdevelopmte" ID is *only* for Amazon.de ... which would explain
why the cheques were getting smaller ... we weren't getting credited
for those sales.

Eventually, the PHP Foundation should get their own associates ID (for
both Amazon.com and .de ... and whatever other bookstores) and have the
money flow directly to the foundation.
