• 60cfd7bda5 Put all mirror problems and troubleshooting information into one file. Much of this information was gathered from the mirror tests and the list archives including many words written by Hannes, and some were taken from the troubleshooting guide within mirroring.php. Most problems include links to individual mirror tests. # It's fairly complete but could use some additional information. # We may want to create a separate test suite for mirror maintainers to use.
