Removed the tarballs from the main directory (they now live under
...
/distributions). Also, minor modification to header.inc which specifies
a $glimpse_url for the search button. This won't affect anyone who doesn't
have it set, but until I get glimpse working (we're using htDIG) I need to
point www.php.net searches somewhere else (I chose ca.php.net).

Added StripSlashes to the mysql_result call so that folks with magic-quotes
...
compiled in, like moi, don't get bitten. Shouldn't hurt anyone else to
have this either.

Fixed credits.inc reference so that it would work in

subdirectories (like docs).
Also, moved All Rights Reserved down a line, to balance against
powered-by logo and sponsorship stuff.
Just wee aesthetic things.
