Create support page and put mailing list information on that page. I
don't think they warrant their own button. This gives us a bit of real
estate in the left column if we need to add something else there.

added FAQ wrapper for website -- someone that's actually running a site should test it and link it in, and do whatever needs to be done to make FAQ.html accessible to web sites
