559e0fa53b - add a news article 
- move some articles to the older news
- renamed "old_news.php3" to "oldinfo.php3" to avoid confusion
  ("oldnews" was older stuff on the In The News page, "old_news"
  was older stuff from the main page.)

1edf1eed0d Split the main page into newer and older news. I think we have to merge 
the in-the-news page with the front page and the old news page...

93b79a1273 Update the site about 3.0.1. I think we have to pay more attention to keeping the site 
uptodate with news (I packaged 3.0.1 so it's my fault...)

Tell about the browscap bug and offer the fix
