e74fc0cf45 * Added another table to allow multiple comments to be attached to a bug. 
* Fixed the user-edit and developer-edit forms to use the new comments table.
* Removed the code that handled deleting bugs (hasn't been accessible for eons, so no loss).

3ceeec2b06 Colin? There is nothing wrong with the online manual. 
And Jim?  The cvs user database is on this machine.  I don't
understand either of these issues.  I don't see anything wrong in
either case.

56efa9e551 Redirect people to ca.php.net if they try to get the bugs database page 
on another mirror and speed up site.inc a tad by using strstr() instead
of ereg()

9a6d1c0feb Turn off Feature/Change Requests by default. Simply select F/C Requests 
to view the list of feature/change requests.  Much simpler than building
a separate mechanism just for those.
