getting rid of explicit printer-friendly pages:
...
- remove links from the docs page
- remove options from the dropdown (this have the side effect that language
stickiness is easier to self-solve for users, as they will see the English
language selection on top right away
- redirect old print, printwn and html URLs to the manual web addresses

- Modify links on the frontpage to utilize mirrors (now the files
should be available on all mirrors), and also point to the PHP

Better 404 page for manual pages (which are not to be
...
searched in the function list or in Google, as they are
clearly missing files on the server). Do preserve the 404
error code on the pages though, as these are not to be
indexed (also add a meta for this reason).
