Move the bug reporting info up higher. That's something I'd expect to see right up front on a 'Support' page. (Side note: should we reference the other code archive on this page in addition to PX, or leave them both on the 'Links' page?)

Create support page and put mailing list information on that page. I
don't think they warrant their own button. This gives us a bit of real
estate in the left column if we need to add something else there.
