7ad3d6aa7d Tidy cleaned XHTML version: 
- lowercase tags, closed every tag
 - closed every <p>
The other HTML problems were handled in the last commit.

ba1bfc856a Make all these files short_open_tags = off compatible. 
As far as I have seen all the other files use the standard
<?php tag, which should be used in all places!
