* Removal of arbitrary 'transactions-per-link' limit,
* Transactions over multiple databases.

Leak fixes in ibase_query() and ibase_execute() by replacing
emalloc() with do_alloca()

Changes to ibase_query() to enable the use of CREATE DATABASE ...
