Anantha Kesari H Y a40637da0e removed skipif sections that check for the existence of ArrayAccess class which is nomore a class but a interface.As the corresponding files in PHP-5.1-HEAD had removed the SKIPIF blocks themselves, removing the same for PHP5_0 branch also.
