Ilija Tovilo 3a57b4ced5 Add RUN_RESOURCE_HEAVY_TESTS env var ...

Disable resource-heavy tests by default (>1GB of memory usage), unless the
RUN_RESOURCE_HEAVY_TESTS env variable is set.
