timestamp).
- Fixed bug #55253 (DateTime::add() and sub() result -1 hour on objects with
  time zone type 2).

And fixed some test cases.

Regenerating Parser
===================

Make sure you use re2c 0.9.10 or higher:

re2c -d -b -o ext/date/lib/parse_date.c ext/date/lib/parse_date.re
re2c -d -b -o ext/date/lib/parse_iso_intervals.c ext/date/lib/parse_iso_intervals.re
