Jouni Ahto 66eedaa03d - Fixed typo in _php_image_output (s/fp/tmp/) causing segfault. 
- Fixed bug when calling imagejpeg() with 3 arguments, the second one empty,
  introduced yesterday.
- Nuked even more code.
