David Carlier 7a45dcfe2e Introduce CURLOPT_XFERINFOFUNCTION ...

`CURLOPT_XFERINFOFUNCTION` is available as of cURL 7.32.0, and
supersedes `CURLOPT_PROGRESSFUNCTION` which is still supported by
latest cURL, though.

Closes GH-7823.
