- ext/bcmath/libbcmath removed, because it is forked and maintained in
  php-srx. There doesn't seem to be any maintained upstream libbcmath.
- Added bundled ext/dom/lexbor.
- Updated JIT bundled files for ext/opcache/jit/ir.
