If only we did not have the pseudo-key "@attributes", we could've just
removed the custom get_debug_info implementation and this would work out
of the box. Anyway, we just have to manually check for an override now.

This is because first- and third-party extension can register custom
node types using `php_libxml_register_export`. So we don't know upfront
what types can be expected.
This also changes the error to a TypeError everywhere.

This essentially moves the functionality of SimpleXMLIterator into
SimpleXMLElement, and makes SimpleXMLIterator a no-op extension.
Ideally SimpleXMLElement would be an IteratorAggregate, whose
getIterator() method returns SimpleXMLIterator. However, because
SimpleXMLIterator extends SimpleXMLElement (and code depends on
this in non-trivial ways), this is not possible.
The only way to not keep SimpleXMLElement as a magic Traversable
(that implements neither Iterator nor IteratorAggregate) is to
move the SimpleXMLIterator functionality into it.
