Niels Dossche 2ec8d37eb4 Fix GH-18107: Opcache CFG jmp optimization with try-finally breaks the exception table
If there's a try-finally where the try_op starts on a basic block with a
single JMP, and the JMP optimization causes that basic block to become
unreachable, then we update try_op.
In this case, there is no catch_op, so try_op is erroneously set to 0,
we should instead set it to `b->start`.

Closes GH-18110.

Niels Dossche 2dde07af55 Fix memory leak when destroying PDORow
This should call zend_object_std_dtor() to clean the property table etc.
This also has a semantic influence because previously weak refs were not
notified for example.

This fixes the final issue in GH-18114 (the crash was master-only and
fixed already).

Niels Dossche e9c0296240 Fix GH-18112: NULL access with preloading and INI option
Preloading shutdown calls request shutdown which will deactivate the
virtual cwd state. However, further startup code still assumes the state
that was set by virtual_cwd_startup(). So we need to reactivate it
manually.

Creating a test was a bit difficult because the INI setting I wanted to
test this with is overridden by the test runner apparently.
To reproduce the issue, create an empty file test.php and execute this
in a ZTS build:
`php -d opcache.preload=./ext/opcache/tests/preload_class_alias_2.inc -d "error_log=" -d "allow_url_include=1" test.php`

Arnaud Le Blanc 1c182674b0 Destroy temporary module classes in reverse order
We destroy classes of dl()'ed modules in clean_module_classes(), during
shutdown. Child classes of a module use structures of the parent class (such as
inherited properties), which are destroyed earlier, so we have a use-after-free
when destroying a child class.

Here I destroy classes in reverse order, as it is done in zend_shutdown() for
persistent classes.

Niels Dossche ce8ab5f16a Fix GH-17736: Assertion failure zend_reference_destroy()
The cache slot for FETCH_OBJ_W in function `test` is primed with the
class for C. The next call uses a simplexml instance and reuses the same
cache slot. simplexml's get_property_ptr handler does not use the cache
slot, so the old values remain in the cache slot. When
`zend_handle_fetch_obj_flags` is called this is not guarded by a check
for the class entry. So we end up using the prop_info from the property
C::$a instead of the simplexml property.

This patch adds a reset to the cache slots in the property address fetch
code and also in the extensions with a non-standard reference handler.
This keeps the run time cache consistent and avoids the issue without
complicating the fast paths.

Daniel Scherzer ca0414e64d Reflection: show the type of object constants used as default properties
When a property default is based on a global constant, show the type of the
default. Previously, `format_default_value()` assumed that non-scalar and
non-array defaults were always going to be `IS_CONSTANT_AST` pointers, and when
the AST expression had been evaluated and produced an object, depending on when
the `ReflectionClass` or `ReflectionProperty` instance had been created, the
default was shown as one of `callable` or `__CLASS__`.

Instead, if the default value is an object (`IS_OBJECT`), show the type of that
object.

Add test cases for both of the `callable` and `__CLASS__` cases to confirm that
they now properly show the type of the constant.

Niels Dossche e735d2bc3b Fix GH-17808: PharFileInfo refcount bug
PharFileInfo just takes a pointer from the manifest without refcounting
anything. If the entry is then removed from the manifest while the
PharFileInfo object still exists, we get a UAF.
We fix this by using the fp_refcount field. This is technically a
behaviour change as the unlinking is now blocked, and potentially file
modifications can be blocked as well. The alternative would be to have a
field that indicates whether deletion is blocked, but similar corruption
bugs may occur as well with file overwrites, so we increment fp_refcount
instead.
This also fixes an issue where a destructor called multiple times
resulted in a UAF as well, by moving the NULL'ing of the entry field out
of the if.

Niels Dossche 5aaf7b4937 Fix zlib support for large files
gzread() and gzwrite() have effectively a 4GiB limit at the moment
because the APIs of the zlib library use unsigned ints.
For example, this means that the count argument of gzread() and gzwrite()
& co effectively are modulo 2**32.
Fix this by adding a loop to handle all bytes.

As for automated testing, I didn't find an easy way to write a phpt for
this that wouldn't use a lot of memory or requires a large file.
For instance, the gzread() test that I manually ran requires a 4MiB
input file (and I can't shrink it because zlib has a max window size).

Here are the testing instructions, run on 64-bit:
To test for gzwrite():
```php
$f = gzopen("out.txt.gz", "w");
gzwrite($f, str_repeat('a', 4*1024*1024*1024+64)); // 4GiB + 64 bytes
```
Then use `zcat out.txt.gz|wc -c` to check that all bytes were written
(should be 4294967360).

To test for gzread():
Create a file containing all a's for example that is 4GiB + 64 bytes.
Then compress it into out.txt.gz using the gzip command.
Then run:
```php
$f = gzopen("out.txt.gz", "r");
$str = gzread($f, 4*1024*1024*1024+64);
var_dump(strlen($str)); // 4294967360
var_dump(substr($str, -3)); // string (3) "aaa"
```
