902d64390e Deprecate implicit dynamic properties 
Writing to a proprety that hasn't been declared is deprecated,
unless the class uses the #[AllowDynamicProperties] attribute or
defines __get()/__set().

193f28c7d5 Fixed bug #78010 
Prevent the gc_info from becoming all zero for a registered root
by setting the top bit to one for compressed root addresses.
