3709e74b5e Store default parameter values of internal functions in arg info 
Closes GH-5353. From now on, PHP will have reflection information
about default values of parameters of internal functions.

fb5bfcb75b Add a ZEND_UNCOMPARABLE value 
To explicitly indicate that objects are uncomparable. For now
this has no functional difference from the usual 1 return value,
but makes intent clearer.

4c9699f0d1 Revert "Fix [-Wmissing-field-initializers] compiler warning in ext/PDO" 
Seems like Travis doesn't like this and now throws a
[-Werror=maybe-uninitialized] instead.

This reverts commit 051b01d465.

Column names can be numeric strings, so we have to make sure to insert
the column values with the appropriate numeric keys, instead of adding
them.

I don't think this is worth the BC break, and getting variadic
signature changes compatible across PHP versions is somewhat tricky.

ac4e0f0852 Make zend_type a 2-field struct 
We now store the pointer payload and the type mask separately. This
is in preparation for union types, where we will be using both at
the same time.

To avoid increasing the size of arginfo structures, the
pass_by_reference and is_variadic fields are now stored as part of
the type_mask (8-bit are reserved for custom use).

Different types of pointer payloads are distinguished based on bits
in the type_mask.

a555cc0b3d Clean DONE tags from tests 
Remove most of the `===DONE===` tags and its variations.
Keep `===DONE===` if the test output otherwise becomes empty.

a31f46421d Allow exceptions in __toString() 
RFC: https://wiki.php.net/rfc/tostring_exceptions

And convert some object to string conversion related recoverable
fatal errors into Error exceptions.

Improve exception safety of internal code performing string
conversions.
