c7bf318305 - Make code exception safe 
- Make RecursiveRegexIterator::getChildren pass regex to inner ctor
- Fix CachingIterator::__toString() in TOSTRING_USE_KEY mode
- Add CachingIterator::getCache()
- Add tests
