Deprecate implicit dynamic properties
Writing to a proprety that hasn't been declared is deprecated,
unless the class uses the #[AllowDynamicProperties] attribute or
defines __get()/__set().

Remove <default> prefix from reflection dump
This really doesn't add anything, and only makes for confusing
terminology. Only marking properties as dynamic is sufficient.
