Clean DONE tags from tests
Remove most of the `===DONE===` tags and its variations.
Keep `===DONE===` if the test output otherwise becomes empty.
Closes GH-4872.

Fixed bug #54598 (bcpowmod() may return 1 if modulus is 1)
`x mod 1` is always zero; we have to take the scale into account,
though.
