Both of these just forward to the default implementation, so
just use that directly. This is simpler and benefits from the
special-casing of the default implementation.
Before the zval -> zend_object migration, this code used macros
like FORMATTER_METHOD_FETCH_OBJECT_NO_CHECK, which internally
clear the error. Now that they are no longer used, we need to
manually clear the error.

2. Update few license 3.0 to 3.01 as 3.0 states "php 5.1.1, 4.1.1, and earlier".

Default them to IntlDateFormatter:FULL, which has value 0, which
was what you would get if you passed null to these arguments in
weak typing mode. The documentation called this ICU's default
date/time type.

We're starting to see a mix between uses of zend_bool and bool.
Replace all usages with the standard bool type everywhere.
Of course, zend_bool is retained as an alias.
As reported by cmb, this results a VC runtime warning. I don't
believe there's a problem here, as we only use calendar_long if
both calendar_is_null and calendar_obj are not set, but it doesn't
hurt to initialize it either...
The hash is used to check whether the arginfo file needs to be
regenerated. PHP-Parser will only be downloaded if this is actually
necessary.
This ensures that release artifacts will never try to regenerate
stubs and thus fetch PHP-Parser, as long as you do not modify any
files.

about default values of parameters of internal functions.

Split out the simple equality check into an inline function --
this is one of the common cases.
Replace instanceof_function_ex with zend_class_implements_interface.
There are a few more places where it may be used.
