902d64390e Deprecate implicit dynamic properties 
Writing to a proprety that hasn't been declared is deprecated,
unless the class uses the #[AllowDynamicProperties] attribute or
defines __get()/__set().

3f5c80e8c2 Don't recurse into USE_OTHER checking STD_PROP_LIST 
If STD_PROP_LIST is explicitly disabled in the constructor, it
should really be disabled.
