ded3d984c6 Use EXPECT instead of EXPECTF when possible 
EXPECTF logic in run-tests.php is considerable, so let's avoid it.

[DOC] new function parse_ini_string()
      proto array parse_ini_string(string ini_string
          [, bool process_sections [, int scanner_mode]])
      Same as parse_ini_file() except that it takes a string instead of a
      filename.
