George Schlossnagle	824fdad6c1	initial import of all these files. This was previously the apache_hooks ... branch of the apache sapi. Now it lives on its own. General functionality seems to be working, though there may be a problem with some output buffering, most likely due to the way that sapi_deactivate needs to be mangled with here.	2002-11-18 01:01:21 +00:00
