389e17332e move PHP_TEST_WRITE_STDOUT to acinclude.m4 and use it in configure.in 
its result is used in sapi/cli & sapi/embed, not just sapi/cgi

0b222980d0 Rename php5 module to php6. Remove version number from 
sapi/apache/mod_php.* filenames (for future's sake). No other SAPI
moduels modified (up to invididual maintainers).

a7c536fbcd Make MEMORY_LIMIT and ZEND_USE_MALLOC_MM to be always enabled. They don't make a 
ny significant slowdown, but incrise maintainability a lot. Note that the setting of memory_limit wasn't changes (neither in main/main.c nor in php.ini) and it
still set to 16M.
