Remove unused Git ident attributes from zip extension
...
$Id attributes were used with SVN. With Git most of the Git ident
attributes in source code files are not used anymore.

Use EXPECT instead of EXPECTF when possible
...
EXPECTF logic in run-tests.php is considerable, so let's avoid it.

Fix #70322 : ZipArchive::close() doesn't indicate errors
...
If an archive can't be written, ZipArchive::close() nonetheless returns TRUE.
We fix the return value to properly return success, and additionally raise a
warning on failure.
