b21f1582dd - Backported several improvements/cleanups for the build/configure stuff. 
. PEAR dependancies checked during configure
  . OpenSSL config moved from configure.in to ext/openssl/config0.m4
    (and also improved the PHP_OPENSSL_SETUP macro a bit)
  + Some other minor issues
