8f17d48b69 Allow running session tests in parallel 
Use unique session IDs and/or save paths. Also removes the annoying
order-dependence of session tests.

e93042998a Fixed bug #61470 - session_regenerate_id() does not create session file. 
Made session_regenerate_id() raise error for wrong usage.
