Change the order of properties used for var_dump(), serialize(), comparison, etc.
Now properties are ordered according to their layout in zend_object structure.

Clean DONE tags from tests
Remove most of the `===DONE===` tags and its variations.
Keep `===DONE===` if the test output otherwise becomes empty.
Closes GH-4872.
