1a2fb90bf4 Fix finally exception chaining on recursion 
In this case zend_exception_set_previous() would destroy the
fast_call exception and further accesses on ex would be invalid.
We should only update ex if we update EG(exception).

Fixes oss-fuzz #40464.

a555cc0b3d Clean DONE tags from tests 
Remove most of the `===DONE===` tags and its variations.
Keep `===DONE===` if the test output otherwise becomes empty.

d679f02295 Sync leading and final newlines in *.phpt sections 
This patch adds missing newlines, trims multiple redundant final
newlines into a single one, and trims redundant leading newlines in all
*.phpt sections.

According to POSIX, a line is a sequence of zero or more non-' <newline>'
characters plus a terminating '<newline>' character. [1] Files should
normally have at least one final newline character.

C89 [2] and later standards [3] mention a final newline:
"A source file that is not empty shall end in a new-line character,
which shall not be immediately preceded by a backslash character."

Although it is not mandatory for all files to have a final newline
fixed, a more consistent and homogeneous approach brings less of commit
differences issues and a better development experience in certain text
editors and IDEs.

Alternatively could throw some kind of uncatchable dummy exception
into the generator. Right now just checking for NULL in two places
seems simpler.

This commit add the possibility to catch multiple exception types in
a single catch statement to avoid code duplication.

try {

} catch (ExceptionType1 | ExceptionType2 $e) {
	   // Code to handle the exception
} catch (\Exception $e) {
	   // ...
}
