Christoph M. Becker 0c7ac3fba0 A minimal CI for building and testing the extension on Linux ...

There are no official libsvn packages available for Windows, so we
stick with Linux for now.  We also stick with PHP 7.3 and 7.4, since
PHP 8.0 is not yet supported[1].

We also make status.phpt more generic, by no longer checking for system
specific paths.
