Louis-Arnaud a583557580 Fix missing EN-Revision tags with oldest EN commit hash (#29) ...

Replace n/a and invalid EN-Revision hashes with the oldest commit
hash from doc-en. This moves these files from "missing tags" to
"outdated" in revcheck, making translation status more actionable.
