1) Updates all outdated files about exceptions handling from /language/predefined/ 2) Fixes most of the build errors the Polish language faces Most of the effort was just replicating https://github.com/php/doc-en/commit/09c49da6f0167fcdfe53a76e3ea28ecfc0eb337b for the Polish translation.
