<function>pg_num_rows</function> restituisce il numero di tuple (righe) in un
<parameter>risultato</parameter> PostgreSQL.
<parameter>risultato</parameter> è una risorsa risultato ottenuta
attraverso <function>pg_query</function>. Restituisce -1 in
caso di errore.
