   Esta función es la opuesta a <function>htmlspecialchars</function>.
   Convierte entidades HTML especiales de nuevo en los caracteres.

   Las entidades convertidas son: <literal>&amp;amp;</literal>,
   <literal>&amp;quot;</literal> (cuando <constant>ENT_NOQUOTES</constant> no se ha establecido),
   <literal>&amp;#039;</literal> (cuando <constant>ENT_QUOTES</constant> se ha establecido),
   <literal>&amp;lt;</literal> y <literal>&amp;gt;</literal>.
