* Add TokenType class

* Deprecated Lexer constants in favour of TokenType

* Replace all Lexer::T_ occurrences with TokenType::T_

* Add upgrade note

* Fixed import Lexer => TokenType

* Fixed deprecation phpdoc

* Replaced int value with matching constant of TokenType

* Update src/Query/Lexer.php
