I noticed this bug with my models in combination with the migration tool.

I was not able to reproduce this bug though. I created a mappedSuperClass and two subclasses, but when I tried to get the metadata from it, I got the exception "table attributes already exists".

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
