As part of our deprecation policy we want to add symfony/deprecation-contracts in 2.8.x and begin emitting deprecations on everything that 3.0 will remove.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
