I created it as Major due to the following statement "you have to follow this restrictions very carefully since operations in the wrong event may produce lots of different errors, such as inconsistent data and lost updates/persists/removes."

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
